At Exprezz Cleaning Services, LLC, we strive to provide our customers with the best service possible. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

 

1. Service-related issues: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will work with you to address your concerns and provide a refund if necessary.

 

2. Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.

 

3. Exceptions: Please note that certain services or promotions may have specific refund policies that override this general refund policy. These exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
